AQUAFit    Lakehead University Pool Monday / Wednesday / Friday 8:15 - 9:00 am          Get into pool at 8 am                                                                                                         Class description:  This 45 minute class is a complete class, Proper warm-up, pre-cardio, cardio & muscle endurance & strength, finish off with stretching all major muscle groups in a warm-down.  Deep & shallow, safe & well balanced.  Some Aqua Jog, Tabata, HIIT lots of variety.  Leave with more energy. 

Virtual Senior Fitness Monday/Wednesday 9:30 - 10:15 am   HOME in your space                This 45 minute zoom class designed to meet your needs, warm-up all major muscle groups, improve & lubrication of all joints, improve resting heart rate with pre-cardio, cardio, muscle conditioning, endurance, strength, power, toning, finish with cool down bringing all systems to pre-exercise state, improve ROM, flexibility. Move forward to an great day.  Program design changes with the seasons and by demand by group.  Tabata, HIIT, HiLo, YOGA/Pilates, and much more. 

Fit For Life 55 + Tuesday/Thursday 9:30 - 10:20 am Bodymind Centre   classes ongoing      Complete class warm-up, cardio, muscle, strength, and endurance, lots of variety and designs, interval training HIIT Tabata, free weights, stability ball, BOSU, Pilate Balls, Ballet Bar, TRX, and more, flexibility using yoga, Feldenkrais, new techniques in cool-down stretches.

ERGoYoga Tuesday/Thursday 12:00 pm - 12:50 pm Bodymind Centre       classes ongoing.   Learn basic healing techiques you can use daily, basic healing yoga styles, grounding for body alignment, postures and poses.  Many options for your safety and growth, incorporate structural integration (Soma) Oigong, Feldenkrais, Pilates techniques importance of tapping, rubbing and how to use in your daily life each day!
